the hotel staff proved wonderfully supportive, amir stood out with his attentive assistance. i relished my time in the penthouse suite, a GIGANTIC space with a spectacularly comfy bed. i eagerly anticipate returning soon for more moments of bliss.
i find the absence of privacy on the expansive balcony a slight drawback. although the penthouse room includes a HUGE balcony, it lacks seclusion due to its design.

The staff seemed helpful. They changed our room when we requested it. I also found the location good. It was a short walk to the museum quarter and several local restaurants.
I noticed the bathroom was quite small. I really don't like towel rails above the toilet! The bins in the room had not been emptied on arrival. There was lipstick on a teacup. This is very poor.

The room looked clean at first glance. I quickly noticed dust accumulation in corners. The bathroom lacked proper ventilation. This resulted in a persistent musty odor. The bed was quite firm perhaps harder than I prefer.
